(OUTscene NW) Seattle has a New HOT weatherman in the Morning to start your Day!

Via Facebook
Seattle has a New HOT Weather man! He is Seth Wayne, who replaces KOMO's Paul Deanno (who replaced the Hot and Out, Jim Castillo in 2009).

Seth arrives in Seattle via Fisher Communication’s Eugene Oregon station KVAL-TV where he served as meteorologist from 2002 to 2007 and then 2009 to 2012.  Seth spent two years forecasting in Tucson briefly from 2007 to 2009.

Wayne left KVAL in late 2007 after five years as the weathercaster and co-anchor with Shelley Kurtz on the morning news. He also reported a series called Seth on the Job where he put himself in the shoes of Western Oregon residents where they work.

After leaving KVAL, he worked at KGUN in Tucson for 14 months as weekend weather anchor and weekday reporter.

Seth Wayne studied journalism at Oakland University and meteorology at the USDA Graduate School in Washington, D.C.

In addition to his stops in Eugene and Tucson, Wayne was a weather forecaster at stations in Alaska and Kansas.

OUT(scene) NW Welcomes Wayne to Town.
